Quicksilver 128 IEEE-488 Interface

Hi, 

I just acquired a used Quicksilver 128 Interface.  Unfortunately, it
neither came with a manual (so that I would know what each dip switch does
(I might trace out the circuit later on to find out... but maybe someone
here knows).  Also I do not know to which pin on which chip that jumper
wire connects.  Finally, the ROM that plugs into (I believe) U35 on the 128
motherboard that is required for 128 functionality is missing.  A copy of
the ROM image would be greatly appreciated.
