I'm forwarding your message to the cbm-hackers mailing list.  I suspected
that the file 64hdproj.sfx on the FUNET archive would answer your
question, but in that project, a simple ISA bus is built for the Western
Digital WX1 or WX2 controller card that provides the Shugart interface.
