On mine, it works quite well.  But the TV needs a substantial voltage on
one pin to enable the RGB input.  I solved the problem by soldering a
resistor from a +12V supply line inside the TV to an unused pin on its
SCART connector.  The switch in my cable connects that pin with the pin
that activates the RGB input. :-)
