The Superpet uses the 64K as 16 4K banks located at 9000-9FFF with a
control register at EFFC. This is essentially paged memory like the
expanded memory of a PC.

The 8096 (8032 with 64K board) uses the 64K memory as 4 16K blocks, 2
located at 8000-BFFF, and 2 at C000-FFFF. Only 2 banks can be in memory
at the same time. The control register is at FFF0.

I have often wondered if both boards could be installed in the same
machine, but I do not have a 64K board.

The 64K memory is easily supplied these days with a single 64Kx8 RAM chip.
The control logic is not as easy as it must contain a register hold the
settings after they are set.
