Dear Florian, > I am trying to produce some music on my old C64. Unfortunately, I have no > idea how to do that (it's a little difficult for me...)! I don't know so much about this subject, but I think that each player uses its own data format, and therefore each editor has its own player. Embedding the music into other software is usually straightforward: the player routine is initialized by JSRing to one address, and the music is played by JSRing to another address once per screen frame (at the end of the raster interrupt routine). You can find lots of tunes at <URL:http://www.funet.fi/pub/cbm/c64/audio/Vibrants/>. Their init routine is at $1000 and play routine at $1003. There are also some audio editors in the FUNET archive.
