A google search on "webring software" turned up the following (among other
things):

			   rings and they look really nice, no ads or
			   other junk

a zillion references to yahoo webrings (http://nav.webring.com)

Yahoo webrings seem to be the most popular (and seem pretty
straightforwards, too).
