Yes, it will be an open design.  If you'd like to see the schematics or
the board layout as they are now, contact me.  I'd like to keep this
discussion out of this list until we have the first prototype working. The
comments expressed here will be very helpful, especially the one on 5-volt
flash ROMs.  If there was a 5-volt programmable logic chip comparable with
Lattice 2032 that won't be phased out soon, then we could perhaps go for a
5-volt only design.
