Agreed... I must have misunderstood the question.  The 1541 does indeed work
fine with the VIC, though not quite as fine as a 1540 with the old ROM. :)

Mind you, the 1541 WILL work on the vic20!!!! Dont misunderstand Bo.  He's
saying jiffydos's builtin speed loader wont work on your vic20.  However,
the 1541 will work, using standard kernal routines, just like a plain 1541.
