Alas, if I was retired this is exactly the sort of thing I'd like to 
spend my time doing.

I've not much of a presence in the C64 scene, but am proficient with the 
major 8-bit CPUs and the 68K and a broad technical knowledge of a wide 
range of platforms. My main focus is reverse-engineering and 
transcoding/porting, including establishing common code bases for 
multiple targets. I've done a few transcodings in recent years, 
including some 6502 to 6809 projects.

Going to take a stab that any remuneration offered won't compete with my 
day job, so unfortunately I don't have the bandwidth. Bugger. :(
