burst 64 kernel and 1571/81 drive have fall back, to slow serial,
and I did not notice that such kernel actually broke some demo with 1571 
drive,
even when loader send code to floppy, ok I did not test all loaders that 
exists :)

I have c128d with jiffy and that works great as expected,
a bit more compatibility problems with it,than burs64,
but trade off is good.
