Someone provided a patch for VICE to emulate this interface... to get the emulation right, i'd like to know if the expansion-port passthrough on this cartridge is active permanently (so it works eg with a regular 8k cartridge at the same time), or whether the passthrough will be inactive unless the IEEE Flash is disabled (with its dip switch 1).
