From my understanding, the GEORAM was a result of the REU not being larger
than 256KiB for the C64, while it was 512KiB for the C128... The difference
to the REU is that it lacks a MMU (which makes it somewhat slower on a
C128). You can also use a 1700 REU on the C64 if you remove a resistor.

So I don't think you are going to find a GEORAM less than 512KiB.
