The CBM Commander sources are primarily setup to build under Windows using
either the VC IDE or GNU tools. I hacked up my own 'Makefile.linux' to get
the task done on a Ubuntu distribution. If you contact me privately I'll be
glad to share it. You will run into some build issues with the latest cc65,
but they are reasonably easy to work around. I plan to offer my work to the
upstream maintainer when complete.
