I simulated the function today using WinSim (part of WinCUPL) by using test
vectors and it seems to work fine. For fun I will burn a GAL 16V8 and
exercise it.

If the timing is not right for your function, you should be able to modify
the equations or add more delay flip flops, etc.

Thanks for 'triggering' a need for running WinCUPL and generating a JEDEC
file. I had not done one in quite a while. One gets 'rusty' quite quickly!

I could not remember how to differentiate between a combinational expression
and a registered expression. At first I wrote the following for a registered
output: Y :=  A*B which is good equation in PALASM but CUPL wanted Y.d = A &
B.
