I don't think so. AFAIK all the executables and sources expect a "parallel" card as interface (the green card in the top photo).  I checked them all to find out how I could program the ALL-03 myself. 

And what about this page: http://matthieu.benoit.free.fr/hilosystem_all-lab_universal_programmer.htm ? It is about the ALL-11.

Sorry for being off-topic, I have the ALL-11 (serial) version of the same line.
In the site below there is a file named PROMA3.zip. Do yout think they would apply to ALL-11 as well?
