LC3514A - The only thing I can find for 3514 is a 512*8 SRAM.  This chip
has 24 pins, so if yours does also, you may have a match.


The 1351 mouse has a MOS 5717 chip in it, close to the 5719 on your list.
What did Commodore make after the 1351 mouse?
