The photo graph workround that was suggested in the thread is
ridiculous. While I can copyright a picture I have taken and you must
pay me to use it. There is nothing stopping anyone from taking an
identical photograph. I don't automatically gain exclusive copyright for
anything that I take a picture of.

Trademark and patent (plus any booby traps you throw in for good
measure) would be the way you protected against people copying your
