VIC-II reading starting point reset.

Hi all.

I'd like to know if is it possible to make the VIC-II to restart reading
from the beginning of the memory windows it has assigned, when certain
raster lines are reached.

So, if the VIC is pointing to C000, and starts reading from that, when the
raster line gets to the Nth line, instead of continuing reading where it
should be from, start again from C000, but drawing to Nth+1 line and so on.
