That was the new substantially different 2001-N board, AKA PET or CBM 30xx and 40xx, with dynamic memory (instead of the original four 2001 versions with static RAM); AFAIK those all came with the new keyboard and optional external cassette.

The later 'Fat' 40xx, 8032 etc. also used those 2 2x50 header expansion connectors FWIW.
