I have used the one from fpgaarcade and it is Ver 313. Even this produced same problem, When I change kernal and initate HW reset via reset pin after reset goes inactive it will start with the interrupt routine. If I prohibit interrupt with SEI before resetting the system it will enable interrupt after reset goes inactive (clear I flag).
