a lot of them do. pretty much all "modern" ones probably :)

a bigger problem is the commonly used RMW instruction to acknowledge 
interrupts though (inc $d019) - that doesnt work on 65816, meaning a whole lot 
of simple raster interrupt stuff will not work.
