Channels are as follows:

0: 1 = use 0001 value for port, 0 = use 0000 value

1-4: port 0-3

5: cycle 1 register output (high for the cycle following a $91/$b1 opcode

6: cycle 2 register output (high for the cycle following the cycle 
following the $91/$b1 opcode, if no IRQ happened)
