Yes exactly. Consider GAME line's trace hanging around VIC's video
output lines, it would cause interference as now it's a high frequency
switching signal. That line IMHO is not designed to be switched like
that.

Consider another expansion port hardware used along with this
hardware. It can't make assumptions about the state of the GAME line
if it needed.
