The Demo? I don't think it supports loading plugins, so probably not.
The full version was so cheap that I never bothered testing the Demo.
The full product does not ship with 6502, but you can install this
example plugin that adds a 6502 dissasembler/lifter and .nes file
format loader: https://github.com/Vector35/binaryninja-api/blob/master/python/examples/nes.py

If you link me a 6502 binary of interest and I'll have a go at loading
it, see what explodes, and share the decompilation.
