I have answrred yesterday but it seems it hasn't gone out.

The PET always load at absolute addresses, so files from the C64 are not 
seen ($0801) in the PET Basic memory ($0401).
That is why the Directory loads to ($0401) even on a C64 iirc.

The Basic1 even has start address $0400 iirc. Not sure if I correctrd this 
in the patch set. It's been way too long since I wrote the patches.
