Yeah the USA made metal 128DCR 1571 circuit & chips are cranky and won't
read.
I removed the 1571 mechanism, put it in a external 1571 tested it and it
performed very well. So I assume it's the circuitry in the 128DCR that has
bugs etc.

I did the Al Anger hack ( disables internal 1571) shuts it off, add toggle
switch!

The serial drive port is still active frees up device#8
But I have heard of some issue with this hack but at least it works better.
