pet crtc 40 columns tester?

Hi all,
just curious,on zimmers there's a pettester.bin kernel replacement
that works for non-crtc PETs and an 8032 CRTC version. What about a
4032 CRTC?
A friend is trying to debug a FAT-40 and those two images can't be
used on his board it seems.
Am I missing something?
