Or instead of booting MSDOS 3.3, try to get Digitals Concurrent DOS 3.2 
/ 4.11 / DOS plus running. Which can run MSDOS and CPM86 programs.

The BBC Master 512 80186 card used DOS Plus. I had an Amstrad PC 1512 
that had DOS Plus too.
