ops, sorry, I didn't read that you changed the video RAM already. I
have the very same board on the bench right now, but it's a bit more
dead than yours.
How did you fix it? Sounded like an address problem if you already
excluded the video RAM. But also it could be some dirty/faulty sockets
on that board.
