OR primary address (a.k.a. device number) with $20 for LISTEN
OR primary address (a.k.a. device number) with $40 for TALK
OR primary address (a.k.a. device number) with $60 for OPEN
OR primary address (a.k.a. device number) with $E0 for CLOSE
OR secondary address                     with $F0 for secondary address

UNLISTEN is $3F ($1F OR $20), UNTALK is $5F ($1F OR $40)
