What "timing" you have in mind? Video? If yes, then what parts? 50/60 is already correct so do you mean horizontal? But...

But... it's been well over two decades ago so can't bet my head on it anymore, but unless memory really misleads me, then I've been doing both PAL and NTSC (and SECAM but that's different matter) video stuff in studios using "PAL" Amigas (I never had any NTSC one) and they genlocked perfectly as expected. This means to me that there were no timing differences, at least when genlocked to house sync, or things wouldn't have worked. And in the studio it is not a matter of relaxed tolerances here or there. Things must genlock perfectly or you can go home. The blurry part that I am not completely sure about is whether I needed the cards I had in them (like the IVs with component transcoders or some other I don't recall anymore) for NTSC or not. But I tend to believe the latter.
