Oh, that disassembly I pointed to isn't mine, and yeah it's pretty raw. 
I was just pointing to an existing one if people needed to work from
something, instead of trying to match up to C64 disassemblies or
starting from scratch.


I just now thought to check the original CBM source code that was found
a while ago, and it does have the B128 ROMs in them, which are BASIC v4
as well.  I'm not sure how well they match up to the original PET line,
but that would be the most canonical reference:
