I tried to find what are the EPROM chips on that board without destroying their original labels. One is the BIOS, which is probably a '256 EPROM or bigger and the other one I am not even sure if it is an EPROM it's marked with 391171-01. Googling gives me Martin's pages for example

Interesting capacity for a 40 pin chip... could someone shed some light on what it actually is?

Also I don't seem to be able to locate the schematics for the A2386SX. Do we have any? There seem to be only 2286 on zimmers.
