If you google fake vic, fake sid, fake 6581, fake 6502 then you can find 
lots of threads and they are all from different sellers.  There are lots 
of fake 68060's as well http://www.exxoshost.co.uk/atari/last/CT60/fake/ 
& the possibly the infamous 68060FE133 which Motorola and Freesale deny 
exists & nobody has figured that out yet.
