You could probably get away with an W65C02S and W65C22.
I don't know about the FD1771.

An FD2000 clone would be better.

Although if you could create working clones of the prototype 
1582/1590/1591 then that would be amazing. I think those all need the 
dual speed high density drives that the amiga used though.
