The keyboard is electronically the same, so you would not need to change 
it. Possibly you want to swap keycaps for the black and brown look, but 
yes, the keyboard will fit.

Mounting points may depend on VIC-20 revision, although most screw holes 
are in the same locations. The same goes for motherboard depth.

Your biggest hurdle likely will be to extend the hole for the cartridge 
connector.
