Hello,

I’m having troubles with a Commodore D9090. Status from the drive can be read giving the CBM DOS v3 identifier string.. and then the 00,ok,00(..) status. As soon as any kind of command is sent to it, Directory/Initialise etc, it hangs. Only a reset or restart of the drive will make it respond to ds$ again.

It behaves the same way with the SASI board disconnected, which i would presume should give an error of some sort. I’m wondering if someone here has any experience with the d9060/9090 and how it should behave in this case.

I’m thinking something is dodgy with the DOS board.

Any thoughts?

Best regards
Jacob
