This might hint to a broken ROM or a PLA not addressing the ROM correctly. I must admit that I haven't any idea at all what the 6510 does when it runs into a KILL opcode but what you described in a previous email looks like that. The above confirms IMHO that it is NOT the 6510 causing your troubles
