i dont recall specific programs, but we had to fix a few things in VICE to 
make some odd (imho buggy) keyboard things work.... the test program i wrote 
for that back then is here: https://sourceforge.net/p/vice-emu/code/HEAD/tree/testprogs/CIA/ciaports/
