When you write to $FF3F, all the ROM is banked out but the I/O space
remains visible. This means that the only RAM you cannot access is from
$FD00 to $FF1F and the two pseudo registers themselves at $FF3E and
$FF3F.

As well as the page table docs that Gerrit highlighted, another useful
resource is the 264 Ultimate ROM Map by SVS :
http://plus4world.powweb.com/dl/tools/rommap/index.php

It's not a disassembly but its pretty in depth documentation.

Cheers, Rob
