Hello,

does anyone know if there exists a as complete as possible ROM listing
of the c264 series machines that were actually sold? Comments would be
welcome, too. ;)

I purchased "The Complete COMMODORE 16 ROM Disassembly" peter Peter
Gerrard and Kevin Bergin (publisher is Duckworth). This book is not
worth any money. It is really a complete disassembly, that would be
generated by a decent monitor when performing a "d 8000 ffff". Tables
were disassembled; if the last byte of the table modified the next byte
of an instruction, this was not corrected, either. Even the I/O area is
disassembled.

There are some comments inside where the beginning of a routine is
commented as to what it is doing, but that's it.

The preface even tells us:

"Many programmers could have produced this book, but not many
programmers have access to amenable publishers, as we have."

Does anyone know anything better, a book or online?

Regards,
Spiro.
