It seems I indeed have misunderstood that. Having one version would be great! But the reason I missed the message is that, AFAIK, the assemblers use different directives. For example 64tass and CA65 use '.byte' but XA uses '.byt'. I also ran into some difficulties regarding the handling of text. But if you say it is possible, I still have some work to do....

Another thing to do: I also want to create separate files: variables, BASIC and Kernal. I skipped it for now because my first priority was having sources that could be compiled at all.
