The testsuite I ran on both chips in a 1541 shows one of the tests
failing consistently on the Rockwell but not on the MOS. Both are 2MHz
(AP vs. AD) clocked at 1 so no border case there. I'll still try to put
a few different Rockwells and see what they show but unless it's a true
accident - I expect all of them to show the same.
