Not to be anal, but you might want to note in the C64JD file that the 
JD-specific code is (c) 2004 Mark Fellows and that folks using the 
compiled binary need a JD license (or however you want to word that stuff).

BTW, I think I have  commented disassemblies of 128 stuff when you're 
ready for them.
