C64 version available under c64/firmware/ at

https://github.com/Project-64/reloaded/

VC20 will follow soon.

The goal is to have it fully compatible with at least the xa, 64tass and 
ca65 w/o any modifications. Similar to the 1520 firmware we already have 
thanks to Jim's + co. and Soci's work.
