Thanks for looking. I suppose it's possible that no part#'s were assigned to the localized versions.

I was at home today so I dug out two German keyboards. They have 
stickers which say "MITSUMI 10830414" and "MITSUMI 20830524" 
respectively. This does not look like correct part numbers, rather they 
are probably some datecodes.

The US keyboard had a sticker which said "21830613 8256042-01" which 
looks correct.
