You are right! I have never seen anything like this. Maybe they imported
only 2.54 chips from Soviet Union to Poland because we only used these.
Also all CEMI parts I saw over the years were 2.54, the same for U880
(Z80 clone from from East Germany) etc.

I think I'm gonna buy this just for the coolness :)
