Unfortunately not language agnostic and - well - not really logical (little endian followed by big endian if you only add time). And I don’t even mention how this will sort if not converted to something language agnostic and sortable. ISO 8601 was introduced for a reason but who uses it except me and maybe a few more nerds? ISO 8601 has even been introduced as /official/ Polish Norm (PN) yet you get your state issued ID with something definitely not following any of those norms :-(
