There are two versions at zimmers.net
http://ftp.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/firmware/drives/old/8050/index.html.
The dump speeddos-fdc-f800.bin is wrong. (If you need it, i've a rebuild
version, too.) But i think you can use the fdc-2.7b.bin for a 8250LP or
8296D. The dos-2.7b.bin must be a patched speedos without the copyright
notice!

For a Micropolis 8050/8250 you found the ROMs at
