What pack64 is?

Hi,

I'm trying to assemble a quite old source for C64 on PC (Linux). The build
script is a batch file.  It requires tass, which is not so much a problem
since I've found 64tass (http://singularcrew.hu/64tass/) written/ported
in/to ANSI C, so I could compile that on Linux and I could use it then. I
prefer ca65, but I was too lazy to "port" the source for ca65 ...
However the next step would require "pack64" and I have no idea what it is.

Does someone have any idea what it can be? And where can I found it? I've
tried to search for it with google but no relevant hits ...
